The Frisco Chamber of Commerce is proud to continue our Community Partnership with the Admin Awards, and we want to make sure that the many extraordinary businesses in our community are aware of this amazing program and that you nominate your deserving Administrative Professionals for an iconic Admin Award!
The 9th Annual Dallas-Fort Worth Admin Awards celebrates exceptional Administrative Professionals through 9 Award Categories, including the program’s most prestigious award, The Colleen Barrett Award for Administrative Excellence which elevates the professional who embodies the “spirit” and proficiency of nationally renowned (former) secretary, Colleen Barrett, President Emeritus of Southwest Airlines.
Of course, the 2020 program will look a little different this year, as The Admin Awards has pivoted to a virtual event concept, Admin Awards LIVE!, an unstoppable celebration of Administrative Excellence, as opposed to their formal Gala, generally hosted at a hotel venue. However, they have held true to their mission of celebrating the Admin profession, as you can see in this 6-minute recap video from their LIVE! Celebration held in Chicago in late July!
Following a full week of exciting festivities, The Dallas-Fort Worth Admin Awards 'Good as Gold' Gala presented by Delta Dallas will celebrate this year’s Administrative Professionals, Nominees and Finalists and reveal the 2020 Award Winners on November 14th via LIVE! Broadcast to watch parties all across DFW celebrating safely in the comfort of their homes or offices. Winners will receive their iconic glass Admin Awards "Publisher’s Clearing House" style from the Admin Awards Street Team LIVE! during the event. Watch parties will have an opportunity to enjoy an extraordinary dinner experience provided by Royal Catering and will receive Watch Party Packs full of surprises to create an evening of fun while making every Admin feel like royalty. While the shape of this year’s Awards Gala is reimagined, the "The Academy Awards for Admins" will continue many of their important traditions throughout the week and will culminate in the joyful and inspiring evening we all look forward to each year!
