The verdict is in: Collin County is not a suburb of Dallas. That’s according to four local leaders, anyway.
During a Wednesday event at Plano's Legacy Hall for subscribers of The Dallas Morning News, panelists from Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Collin College agreed that the rapidly changing face of the county makes it more than a stereotypical suburban community.
