Looking for help to start your own business? Want to expand an existing business and need resources to do so? The Texas Womens Univerity's Center for Women Entrepreneurs (CWE) StartHER Grant Program helps women business owners—current or aspiring—to undertake new and innovative projects. Up to 10 business owners will be selected to each receive a $5,000 grant.
Awardees must complete a virtual small business training course hosted by the CWE to receive funding. The course will cover topics such as business plan development, marketing, legal, and accounting and financing.
Businesses wishing to apply for the StartHER grant must submit a completed online application before 5:00 PM on Friday, October 16, 2020.
